MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Refried Bean-Taco Pizza

     Yield: 8 servings

 1 1/4 lb Ground beef
     1 sm Onion; chopped
   1/2 c  Water
     1 oz Envelope taco seasoning
     1    (12") pre-baked pizza crust
    16 oz Can refried beans
     2    Corn taco shells; coarse
          - crushed
     1 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
     1 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
     2 c  Iceberg lettuce; torn
     2 md Tomatoes; chopped
     1 tb Ripe olives; sliced

 Set oven @ 450°F/232°C.

 In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat
 until is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Stir in
 water and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat;
 simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

 Meanwhile, place crust on an ungreased baking sheet.
 Spread with refried beans. Top with the beef mixture,
 taco shells and cheeses. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until
 cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and olives.
