MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pizza Rolls

     Yield: 8 Servings

     1 lb Loaf pizza dough; thawed
   1/2 c  Pasta sauce
     1 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded,
          - divided
     1 c  Pepperoni; coarse chopped
   1/2 lb Italian sausage; cooked,
          - crumbled
   1/4 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
          Fresh basil; minced (optional)
          Crushed red chile flakes
          - (optional)

 Set oven @ 400°F/205°C.

 On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 16x10" rectangle.
 Brush with pasta sauce to within 1/2" of edges.

 Sprinkle with 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and
 Parmesan. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side;
 pinch seam to seal. Cut into 8 slices. Place in a greased
 9" cast-iron skillet or greased 9" round baking pan, cut side down.

 Bake 20 minutes; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
 Bake until golden brown, 5 to 10 minutes longer. If desired, serve
 with minced fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes.
