                       Fettuccine Alla Panna

    1/2  c             Unsalted butter
    1/2  c             Parmesan cheese -- fresh grated
    1/2  c             Cream

Put butter and cream in wide shallow serving bowl in warm (200°F)
oven. When butter has melted stir in 2/3rd of the cheese. When pasta
is al dente, toss with sauce, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Delicious.
