MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Herb-Roasted Salmon Fillets
Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 4 servings

     4    Salmon fillets (6 oz ea)
     4 cl Garlic; minced
     1 tb Fresh rosemary; minced -OR-
     1 ts Dried rosemary; crushed
     1 tb Olive oil
     2 ts Fresh thyme; minced -OR-
   1/2 ts Dried thyme
   3/4 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1-" baking pan, skin
 side down. Combine remaining ingredients; spread over
 fillets. Roast until salmon just beings to flake easily
 with a fork, 15-18 minutes.
