MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Walnut-Crusted Ginger Salmon
Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Nuts
     Yield: 4 servings

     1 tb Brown sugar
     1 tb Soy sauce
     1 tb Dijon mustard
     1 ts Ground ginger
   1/4 ts Salt
     4    Salmon fillets (6 oz ea)
   1/3 c  Walnuts; chopped

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard,
 ginger and salt until blended. Brush over fillets;
 sprinkle with walnuts.

 Transfer to a foil-lined 15x10x1" baking pan coated
 with cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until fish
 just begins to flake easily with a fork.
