MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Easy Glazed Salmon
Categories: Five, Seafood, Fruits
     Yield: 4 servings

   1/3 c  Brown sugar; packed
   1/4 c  Unsweetened pineapple juice
     2 tb Soy sauce
     4    Salmon fillets (6 oz ea)

 Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with foil; grease the foil. In a small
 bowl, combine the brown sugar, pineapple juice and soy sauce. Place
 salmon skin side down on prepared pan. Spoon sauce mixture over
 fish.

 Bake, uncovered, @ 350°F/175°C for 20-25 minutes or until fish
 flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with pan juices.
