MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Salmon W/Creamy Dill Sauce

     Yield: 6 servings

     2 lb Salmon fillet
 1 1/2 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
     1 ts Onion salt
     1 sm Onion; sliced, separated in
          - rings
     6    Lemon slices
   1/4 c  Butter; diced

MMMMM-------------------------DILL SAUCE------------------------------
   1/3 c  Sour cream
   1/3 c  Mayonnaise
     1 tb Onion; fine chopped
     1 ts Lemon juice
     1 ts Prepared horseradish
   3/4 ts Dill weed
   1/4 ts Garlic salt
          Pepper

 Line a 15x10x1" baking pan with heavy-duty foil;
 grease lightly. Place salmon skin side down on foil.
 Sprinkle with lemon pepper and onion salt. Top with
 onion and lemon. Dot with butter. Fold foil around
 salmon; seal tightly,

 Bake @ 360°F/182°C for 20 minutes.

 Open foil carefully, allowing steam to escape. Broil 4-6
 in. from the heat for 3-5 minutes or until the fish
 flakes easily with a fork.

 Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients until smooth.
 Serve with salmon.
