Title: Roasted Salmon With Lemon Dill Sauce
Categories: Seafood, Citrus, Herbs, Sauces
     Yield: 4 Servings

 1 1/2 lb Fresh-frozen salmon fillets
     1 tb Lemon juice
   1/8 ts Coarse sea salt
     1 pn Black pepper
   3/4 c  Plain yogurt
     2 ts Lemon juice
     2 tb Dill, chopped
     1 cl Garlic, finely chopped

 Set the oven @ 425°F/218°C.

Lightly oil a roasting pan, or line a heavy baking sheet
with foil. Add the salmon to the prepared pan and season
with a 1 tb lemon juice, sea salt, and ground black
 pepper.

Roast the salmon in the preheated oven just until it is
opaque in the center -- about 10 to 15 minutes depending
upon the thickness of the fish.

While the salmon is roasting, make the sauce: whisk together
the yogurt, 2 ts lemon juice, dill weed, and fresh garlic.

 Serve with the salmon.
