MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Turkey Biscuit Skillet

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 tb Butter
   1/3 c  Onion; chopped
   1/4 c  A-P flour
10 1/2 oz Can condensed chicken broth;
          - undiluted
   1/4 c  Milk
   1/8 ts Pepper
     2 c  Turkey; cooked, diced
    10 oz Box peas & carrots; thawed
    12 oz Tube refrigerated buttermilk
          - biscuits; quartered

 Set oven @ 400°F/205°C.

 Melt butter in a 10" cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet over
 medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 2 to
 3 minutes.

 In a small bowl, mix flour, broth, milk, and pepper until smooth;
 stir into pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir
 until thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the turkey and frozen
 vegetables; heat through. Arrange biscuits over stew. Bake until
 biscuits are golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
