                 Lemon Turkey Tenderloins Master Recipe

    1/4  c             Olive oil
  1      tb            Lemon pepper
  4                    Turkey tenderloins (8 oz)
                       Béarnaise sauce or salsa
                       Capers -- drained

In small bowl combine oil and lemon pepper. Brush mixture on
tenderloins. Refrigerate, covered, 20 minutes. Heat broiler; broil
tenderloins 5" from heat until no longer pink and juices run clear
(15 to 20 minutes total), turning once.

To Serve:

Slice 2 tenderloins 1/2" thick and top with Béarnaise sauce or
favorite salsa. Reserve and refrigerate remaining tenderloins for
Turkey Vegetable Stroganoff.

Yield: 4 Servings

Tip:

For an easy Béarnaise Sauce, prepare 0.9 oz pkg. Bérnaise Sauce Mix
according to package directions. Spoon over turkey, garnish with
capers.
