2 lb Ground turkey -- up to 2-1/2 lb
1 md Onion -- chopped
2 Eggs
1/3 c Milk
2 tb Prepared horseradish
1/4 c Bottled chili sauce
1 c Bread crumbs
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Garlic powder -OR-
2 cl Garlic -- minced
1/4 c Parsley -- chopped
Sour cream -- garnish
Mix all ingredients except garnish together. Form into loaf and lay
atop meat rack or use foil handles. Cook turkey loaf for 8 to
10 hours on Low or 5 to 6 hours on High. To ensure doneness insert
meat thermometer in loaf. Thermometer should read 180°F to indicate
doneness. Serve with sour cream if desired.
