MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Bistro Turkey Calzone

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 tb Corn meal
     1 lb Loaf pizza dough; thawed
   3/4 lb Turkey; thin sliced
     8 sl Cheddar cheese
     5 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
     1 sm Tart apple; peeled,
          - thin sliced
     1 lg Egg; beaten
   1/2 ts Italian seasoning

 Sprinkle corn meal over a greased baking sheet. On a lightly
 floured surface, roll dough to a 15" circle. Transfer to prepared
 pan. Arrange half the turkey over half the dough; top with cheese,
 bacon, apple, and remaining turkey. Fold dough over filling and
 pinch edge to seal.

 With a sharp knife, cut 3 slashes in top. Brush with egg and
 sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake @ 400°F/205°C until golden
 brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into
 6 wedges.
