MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Mom's Oven-Baked Country Ribs
Categories: Pork, Chilies, Vegetables, Sauces
     Yield: 6 Servings

     4 lb Country-style pork ribs
 1 1/2 c  Water
     1 c  Ketchup
   1/3 c  Worcestershire sauce
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Chilli spice mix
   1/2 ts Onion powder
   1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 Place ribs in a greased roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, for
 45 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the remaining
 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Drain ribs. Spoon
 sauce over ribs. Cover and bake for 1-1/2 hours. Uncover; bake
 30 minutes longer, basting once.
