10 lb Pork riblets
1 1/2 tb Five spice powder
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Salt
1 tb Msg
1 c Water
2 Eggs; mixed briskly
- with a fork
1 tb Potato starch
3/4 c White breadcrumbs
Cut the short pork riblets into pieces between the bones. Mix 1 tb
five-spice powder, sugar, salt, msg, water, and potato starch.
Cover and marinate refrigerates for 4 hours. Add eggs and mix. Dip
in potato starch and then bread crumbs. Deep fry in 375°F oil until
crispy and golden brown. Sprinkle the rest of the five spice over
them. Serve with lemon wedges and spritz the ribs with lemon juice.
