     Title: Ham Steak
Categories: Five, Pork
     Yield: 6 Servings

     2 lb Bone-in fully cooked ham
          - steak
     5 tb Butter; in cubes
     5 tb Brown sugar

 In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham steak on both sides;
 drain. Remove ham.

 In the same skillet, melt the butter; stir in brown sugar. Return
 ham to skillet; cook until a thermometer reads 140°F/60°C, turning
 often.
