     Title: Basil-Butter Steaks With Roasted Potatoes

     Yield: 4 Servings

    15 oz Bag frozen Parmesan &
          - roasted garlic red potato
          - wedges
     4    Beef tenderloin steaks
          - (1-1/4" thick/6 oz ea)
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     5 tb Butter; divided
     2 c  Grape tomatoes
     1 tb Fresh basil; minced

 Bake potato wedges according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. In a 10" cast-iron
 or other ovenproof skillet, brown steaks in 2 tb butter. Add
 tomatoes to skillet. Bake, uncovered, @ 425°F/218°C until meat
 reaches desired doneness.

 In a small bowl, combine basil and remaining butter. Spoon over
 steaks and serve with potatoes.
