6 sl Bread -- cut into cubes
3 c Mild cheddar cheese -- grated
1 c Cooked ham -- cubed -OR-
6 sl Bacon -- crumbled
1/4 c Green pepper -- chopped
1/2 c Onion -- chopped
6 Eggs
3 c Milk
Combine all ingredients except the eggs and milk in a 13x9" baking
dish. Whisk together the eggs and milk and pour over the top.
Refrigerate overnight to serve tomorrow morning, or freeze the dish.
When thawed, bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 45 minutes.
