8 Pork chops
Salt & pepper to taste
Rosemary
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/2 cup Honey
Arrange chops in baking dish in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt,
pepper and rosemary. Combine soy sauce, ketchup and honey; pour over
pork. Roast at 300° for 2-1/2 hours, basting frequently. They will come
out very dark and juicy!
NOTE: These can also be done in a crockpot for 6 hours on high heat.
