MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Slow-Cooker Meatballs
Categories: Beef. pork, Poultry, Vegetables, Fruits
     Yield: 10 servings

     2 lg Eggs; lightly beaten
     2 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
     2 c  Salsa
   1/2 c  Grated onion
   2/3 lb Ground turkey
   2/3 lb Ground pork
   2/3 lb Ground beef

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
     3 c  Tomato sauce
     1 md Onion; grated
     1 c  Beef stock
     1 c  Mixed fruit jelly
     1 c  Molasses
   1/2 c  (packed) brown sugar
   1/2 c  Canola oil
   1/2 c  Red wine vinegar
   1/3 c  Prepared mustard
   1/3 c  Worcestershire sauce
     1 ts Salt

 Set oven @ 400°F/205°C.

 In a large bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, salsa and
 onion. Add turkey, pork and beef; mix lightly but
 thoroughly. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Place meatballs on
 greased racks in two 15x10x1" baking pans. Bake
 until browned, 18-22 minutes.

 In a 6 qt slow cooker, combine sauce ingredients. Add
 meatballs; gently stir to coat. Cook, covered, on low
 3-4 hours or until meatballs are cooked through.
