5 lb Spare ribs
2 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Catsup
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Hickory smoke salt or
- liquid smoke and salt
1/2 c Steak sauce
1 ts Onion; minced
Place spareribs on rack in baking pan. Brown in a 400°F oven for
15 minutes; turn and brown on other side for 10 ot 15 minutes.
Drain fat and put ribs in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients
and pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
