MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Hearty Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

     Yield: 6 Servings

     8 oz Uncooked spaghetti;
          - in 3" pieces
     3 c  Chicken; cooked, diced
10 3/4 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
          - undiluted
     1 c  Milk
     1 md Onion; chopped
     1 c  Sharp Cheddar cheese;
          - shredded, divided
     1 c  Ementhal cheese;
          - shredded, divided
     4 oz Can mushroom stems & pieces;
          - drained
   1/2 c  Roasted red peppers;
          - chopped
     3 tb Mayonnaise
 1 1/2 ts Steak seasoning
   1/2 ts Dried basil

 Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

 Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, soup, milk, onion,
 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, mushrooms, peppers,
 mayonnaise, steak seasoning, and basil.

 Drain spaghetti. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to
 a greased 13x9" baking dish. Cover and bake @ 350°F/175°C for
 20 minutes.

 Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until heated through
 and cheese is melted, 5 to 10 minutes longer.
