MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Potato-Sausage Casserole

     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lb Bulk pork sausage
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
          - undiluted
   3/4 c  Milk
   1/2 c  Onion; chopped
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Pepper
     3 c  Potatoes; peeled, sliced
     2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
          Fresh parsley; minced
          - (optional)

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer
 pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain and set aside. Combine soup,
 milk, onion, salt, and pepper.

 In a greased 2 qt baking dish, layer half the potatoes, soup
 mixture, and sausage. Repeat layers.

 Cover and bake until potatoes are tender, 60 to 65 minutes.
 Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, 2 to
 3 minutes. If desired, garnish with parsley.
