MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pecan Coffee Cake

     Yield: 15 Servings

15 1/4 oz Box yellow cake mix
 3 3/8 oz Box instant vanilla pudding
          - mix
     1 c  Sour cream
     4 lg Eggs; room temperature
   1/3 c  Oil
     2 ts Vanilla extract
   2/3 c  Pecans; chopped
   1/3 c  Sugar
     2 ts Ground cinnamon
   1/2 c  Confectioners' sugar
     2 tb Orange juice

 In a large bowl, beat the first 6 ingredients on low speed for 30
 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13x9"
 baking pan. Combine pecans, sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle over
 batter. Cut through batter with a knife to swirl pecan mixture.

 Bake @ 350°F/175°C for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick
 inserted in the center comes out clean.

 Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and orange
 juice until smooth; drizzle over warm coffee cake. Cool on a wire
 rack.
