MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Christmas Day Chicken

     Yield: 16 Servings

    16    Chicken breast halves
          - (4 oz ea); boned, skinned
     2 c  Sour cream
   1/4 c  Lemon juice
     4 ts Worcestershire sauce
     2 ts Celery salt
     2 ts Pepper
     2 ts Paprika
     1 ts Seasoned salt
     1 ts Garlic salt
     2 c  Butter-flavored (Ritz)
          - crackers; crushed
   1/2 c  Canola oil
   1/2 c  Butter; melted

 Place the chicken in 2 large shallow bowls. In another bowl,
 combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and
 seasonings. Pour over chicken; turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate
 overnight.

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 Drain and discard marinade. Coat chicken with cracker crumbs; place
 in 2 greased 13x9" baking dishes.

 Combine oil and butter; drizzle over chicken. Bake, uncovered,
 30 to 35 minutes.
