MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sweet Potatoes In Apricot Sauce
Categories: Vegetables
     Yield: 1 Batch

     2 cn Sweet potatoes
     1 c  Brown sugar; packed
 1 1/2 tb Corn starch
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
     1 c  Apricot nectar
   1/2 c  Water; hot
     2 ts Orange zest; grated
     2 tb Butter
   1/2 c  Pecans; chopped

 Drain sweet potatoes. Place in shallow casserole. Combine sugar, corn
 starch, salt, and cinnamon in saucepan. Add apricot nectar, water, and
 orange zest. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Remove from heat.
 Stir in butter and pecans. Pour sauce over potatoes so all are
 glazed. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 25 minutes.
