MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Sweet Potato Wedges w/Chile Mayo
Categories: Potatoes, Herbs, Chilies
     Yield: 8 servings

     6 sm Sweet potatoes
     2 tb Olive oil
     2 tb Cajun seasoning; up to 3 tb

MMMMM----------------------------DIP---------------------------------
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     4 ts Lemon juice
     2 ts Chilli spice or chile-garlic
          - sauce
     2 ts Dijon mustard

 Set oven @ 400°F/205°C.

 Peel and cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges. Toss
 with oil and Cajun seasoning; divide between 2 greased
 15x10x1-in. pans.

 Roast potatoes until tender, 30-45 minutes, turning
 once. Meanwhile, mix dip ingredients; serve with
 potatoes.
