1/2 Spaghetti squash
1 Can diced Italian tomatoes
Bake squash in tray and about 1/2" water at about 350°F until soft
and stringy. Scoop squash contents into plastic lunch box. Dump one
can of Italian tomatoes on top. Do not mix!
