     Title: Acorn Squash Rings In Foil

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 md Acorn squash;
          - cut crosswise 1"
     1 lb Pork sausage
     1 md Onion; chopped
     1    Green pepper; chopped
   1/2 c  Soft bread crumbs
     1    Egg; beaten
          Seasoned pepper
          Parslied garlic salt

 Place each ring on a square of foil. Combine remaining ingredients.
 Place in center of each ring. Dot with margarine, if desired. Seal
 tightly. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

 Note:

 Substitute Italian sausage or ground beef. You may also use stuffing
 with cooked meat to fill acorn squash halves. Bake squash halves 30
 minutes; fill and bake 30 minutes more.
