     Title: Roasted Radishes
Categories: Five, Vegetables
     Yield: 6 servings

 2 1/4 lb Radishes; trimmed,
          - quartered
     3 tb Olive oil
     1 tb Fresh oregano; minced -OR-
     1 ts Dried oregano
   1/4 ts Salt
   1/8 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Toss radishes with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a greased
 15x10x1" pan.

 Roast until crisp-tender, about 30 minutes, stirring once. If desired,
 top with additional fresh oregano and pepper just before serving.
