2 c Corn -- cooked
3 tb Butter
1 tb Onion -- chopped
1 tb Green pepper
1/2 ts Salt
3/4 c Milk
3 Eggs -- separated
1/2 ts Vinegar
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
4 tb Bread crumbs
Melt butter in skillet and brown onion and green pepper. Add flour
and gradually stir in milk. Stip until thick and smooth. Add egg
yolks, corn, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Fold in egg whites. Top with
bread crumbs. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
