Heat butter in a skillet. Add onions and garlic and cook until
onions turn golden. Add cauliflower and continue to cook 1 minute
more. Remove to a bowl. Add eggs, Parmesan cheese and crumbled
bacon. Spoon into a buttered baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until
brown.
