MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Roasted Herb & Lemon Cauliflower

     Yield: 4 servings

     1 md Head cauliflower; in
          - florets
     4 tb Olive oil; divided
   1/4 c  Fresh parsley; minced
     1 tb Fresh rosemary; minced
     1 tb Fresh thyme; minced
     1 ts Lemon zest; grated
     2 tb Lemon juice
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Place cauliflower in an ungreased 15x10x1" baking pan. Drizzle with
 2 tb oil and toss to coat. Roast 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
 and tender, stirring occasionally.

 In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in remaining oil.
 Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl; drizzle with herb mixture and
 toss to combine.
