     Title: Roasted Carrots With Thyme
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Herbs
     Yield: 4 servings

     1 lb Medium carrots; peeled;
          - halved lengthwise
     2 ts Fresh thyme; minced -OR-
   1/2 ts Dried thyme
     2 ts Oil
     1 ts Honey
   1/4 ts Salt

 Set oven @ 400°F/205°C.

 Place carrots in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. In a
 small bowl, mix thyme, oil, honey and salt; brush over
 carrots. Roast until tender, 20-25 minutes.
