MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Lemon-Roasted Asparagus
Categories: Five, Vegetables, Citrus
     Yield: 8 servings

     2 lb Fresh asparagus; trimmed
   1/4 c  Olive oil
     4 ts Grated lemon zest
     2 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Place asparagus in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Mix remaining
 ingredients; drizzle over asparagus. Toss to coat. Roast until
 crisp-tender, 8-12 minutes.
