1 lb Hot bulk pork sausage
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 sm Green pepper; chopped
1 1/2 Celery ribs; chopped
1 1/4 oz Env instant chicken noodle
- soup mix
1 c Uncooked long-grain rice
3 c Water
Brown sausage in a Dutch oven, stirring to crumble; drain. Add
remaining ingredients, and stir well. Place mixture in a lightly
greased 12x8x2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour
until moisture is absorbed.
