MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Baked Nectarine Chicken Salad

     Yield: 6 Servings

 1 1/3 c  Mayonnaise
   1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; shredded
     2 tb Lemon juice
     1 ts Salt
     1 ts Onion powder
     4 c  Chicken; cooked, diced
     8    Celery ribs; thin sliced
     4 md Nectarines; pitted, coarse
          - chopped
     8    Green onions; sliced
     6 oz Crispy chow mein noodles
          - (2 cans)

 Set oven @ 375°F/190°C.

 In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. In a large bowl,
 combine chicken, celery, nectarines, and onions. Add mayonnaise
 mixture; toss gently to coat.

 Transfer to a greased 13x9" baking dish. Sprinkle with noodles.
 Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 20 to 25 minutes.

 TO MAKE AHEAD: This can be made a day in advance. Before adding
 noodles, cover and refrigerate. Remove from the refrigerator
 30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle with noodles. Bake as directed.
