     Title: Chicken 'n Berries Salad
Categories: Salad, Chicken, Strawberry, Raspberry
     Yield: 4 servings

     4 c  Bite-size pieces mixed salad
          -greens (iceberg, Bibb,
          -romaine or spinach)
     2 c  Chicken; cooked, cut-up
   1/2 c  Raspberries *
   1/2 c  Strawberries; sliced
   1/4 c  Leek; thinly sliced
   1/4 c  Sliced almonds; toasted
          Freshly ground pepper
          Fruity Yogurt Dressing:
     1 c  Plain nonfat yogurt
   1/4 c  Raspberries
   1/4 c  Strawberries; sliced
     1 tb Raspberry or red wine
          -vinegar
     2 ts Sugar

 Toss salad greens, chicken, berries, and leek. Sprinkle with
 almonds. Serve with Fruity Yogurt Dressing and pepper.

 Almonds:

 To toast almonds, heat oven to 350°F. Bake in ungreased pan about
 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

 Fruity Yogurt Dressing:

 Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed
 about 15 seconds or until smooth.

 * Frozen unsweetened loose-pack raspberries and strawberries can be
 substituted for the fresh raspberries and strawberries.
