First layer: Mix pretzels and 3 Tablespoons sugar. Pour margarine over
and mix well. Spread mixture over bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan; bake for a
scant 10 minutes at 350°. Cool well. Second layer: Cream softened cream
cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over top of
cooled, baked pretzel layer. Third layer: Dissolve jello in boiling
water. Add frozen berries immediately. Chill until starting to
thicken. Spoon over cheese layer. All above can be made the night
before. Refrigerate.
