                    Easy Oven Rice With Mushrooms

  2       c            Uncle Ben's rice
  2       c            Canned chicken consomme --
                       - undiluted
  1       c            White wine
  1       ts           Dried minced onion
    1/2   c            Margarine -- sliced
  4       oz           Can mushrooms --
                       - drained, chopped
    1/4   ts           Black pepper

 Mix all the above ingredients in an oven-proof Pyrex dish. Cover
 with aluminum foil. Cook in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.

 Yield: 6 Servings
