     Title: Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Categories: Potatoes, Vegetavles, Pork, Dairy, Cheese
     Yield: 20 Servings

     5 lb Small red potatoes;
          - unpeeled, diced
     1 ts Salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     8 lg Eggs; hard-boiled,
          - chopped
     1 lb Sliced bacon; cooked,
          - crumbled
     2 c  Cheddar cheese; shredded
     1    Sweet onion; chopped
     3    Dill pickles; chopped
 1 1/2 c  Sour cream
     1 c  Mayonnaise
     3 ts Prepared mustard

 Set oven @ 425°F/218°C.

 Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper; bake, uncovered, in a
 greased 15x10x1" baking pan until tender, 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in
 pan on a wire rack.

 Combine potatoes with next 5 ingredients. In another bowl, combine
 sour cream, mayonnaise, and mustard; pour over potato mixture,
 tossing to coat. Refrigerate until serving
