MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Barley Pilaf
Categories: Pilafs
     Yield: 2 Servings

   1/3 c  Pearl barley
     1 tb Butter
     2 tb Onion; minced
     1 cl Garlic; minced
   1/2 ts Celery salt
   1/2 ts Pepper
     1 c  Chicken stock

 Melt the butter and saute the onions and garlic until soft and
 translucent. (I did this in the microwave in a 2 qt baking dish.)
 Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook in a 325°F oven for 1
 hour.
