MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Kidney-Bean Soufflé
Categories: Casseroles
     Yield: 1 Casserole

     3 c  Cooked kidney beans
 1 1/2 c  Cheese; grated
     1 ds Cayenne
     3 tb Catsup
     6    Egg yolks; well beaten
     6    Egg whites; well beaten

 Press kidney beans through coarse sieve. Add remaining ingredients
 except egg whites, folding them in last. Pour mixture into greased
 baking dish. Bake in moderate oven (350°F) until set (about 1 hour).
