MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Pecan Noodle Ring

     Yield: 12 servings

     1 ts Ground cinnamon
     1 c  Pecans; chopped
   1/2 c  (packed) brown sugar
   1/2 c  Butter; melted
    16 oz Broad egg noodles
     6    Extra-large eggs
     1 c  Sugar
     1 ts Salt

 Set oven @ 350°F/175°C.

 Combine pecans, brown sugar, and butter and spoon into
 fluted cake pan, bundt pan or two loaf pans.

 Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and
 transfer into a large bowl.

 Add eggs, sugar, salt, and cinnamon, stirring well. Pour
 into prepared pan. Bake for one hour (less time will be
 needed if done in two loaf pans).

 Remove from the oven and let cook. Turn out onto serving
 plate, scraping up any pecans that may have stuck to the
 bottom.
