MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Conchiglie Tutto Giardino (Pasta With The Whole Garden)

     Yield: 1 Batch

 1 1/2 c  Carrots; sliced
     2 lg Onions; sliced
     7 md Tomatoes; chopped
     1    Zucchini; sliced
     6 oz Tomato paste
   1/2 c  Parmesan cheese; grated
     1 lg Bell pepper
     2 tb Basil
     1 tb Garlic
     1 ts Black pepper
     1 tb Whole wheat flour
 1 1/2 lb Pasta

 Sauté onions, pepper, carrot, and seasonings in oil until tender. Add
 tomatoes, tomato paste, flour, zucchini, and enough water for a sauce
 consistency. Simmer 10 minues and stir in parmesan cheese. Serve hot
 over cooked pasta.
