                               Stromboli

                       Dough:
  1                    Pkg active baker's yeast
  1 1/3  c             Water -- warm
    1/4  c             Vegetable oil
    1/2  ts            Salt
  5      c             Flour
                       Filling:
  3      tb            Mustard
 12      sl            Hard salami
  1 1/2  Lb            Ground beef -- browned, drained
    1/2  Lb            Cooked ham -- thin sliced
  4      c             Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
                       Vegetable oil
                       Oregano

Dissolve yeast and water in a bowl. Add oil, flour (gradually, may
not need full 5 cups) salt. Turn onto floured surface and knead until
smooth (about 10 minutes.) Place in a greased bowl turning once to
grease and cover with a towel and let rise 45 minutes.

Divide dough in half and roll one half into 15x12" rectangle. Spread
half of rectangle with half of mustard. Over mustard layer six slices
of cheese, and salami, and half of the beef, ham and mozzarella. Fold
plain half of dough over filling and seal ends well. (Use fork
tines). Brush with oil and sprinkle with oregano.

Repeat with second half of dough. Bake 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
(Until lightly browned). Cool and cut into 1" slices.
