1 lb Ground lean pork
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 lg Egg; beaten
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Recipe biscuit dough
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Swiss cheese; grated
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
2 tb Parsley; minced
1 ea Egg; beaten
Cook pork and onion over low heat, do not brown. Cool. Blend with
cheeses, 1 egg, tabasco, salt and parsley. Prepare biscuit mix.
Spread half of biscuit dough on bottom of greased 8" square pan. Top
with meat mixture. Spread remainder of biscuit dough over meat
mixture. Brush top with 1 egg beaten. Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
