MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Korean Salad
Categories: Korean, Salad
     Yield: 6 Servings

     1 lg Bok choy -OR-
     4    Shanghai bok choys
   1/2 c  Slivered almonds
   1/2 c  Sunflower seeds
     3    Pkg ramen; noodles only,
          - crumbled
   1/4 c  Butter; melted

MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
     3 tb Soy sauce
   1/4 c  Vinegar
   1/2 c  Sugar
   1/2 c  Salad oil

 Preheat oven to 400°F.

 Chop bok choy and set aside.

 Combine almonds, sunflower seeds, ramen, and butter and bake 10
 minutes or until golden brown, stirring often. Let cool.

 Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add bok choy
 and nut mixture just before serving. Toss well.
