MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Spicy Mushrooms
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 c  Mushrooms; chopped
     1    Onion; chopped
   1/2 ts Garam masala
   1/4 c  Water
     1 tb Ghee
   1/4 ts Turmeric
          Salt; to taste

 Heat ghee in a wok and sauté onions. Add chopped mushrooms and
 sauté for 2 minutes. Add turmeric and water, cover with
 tight-fitting lid, and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Uncover and
 stir-fry until water is completely absorbed. Lastly, add garam masala
 and serve hot on toast or as a side dish.
