MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Okra Padachi
Categories: Indian
     Yield: 1 Batch

     3 c  Okra; washed, dried,
          - chopped 1/2"
     1    Onion; chopped
 1 1/2 c  Yogurt
     2 tb Oil
     1 ts Salt
     1 tb Curry leaves

   1/2 c  Coconut; grated
 1 1/2 ts Black mustard seeds
     1    Serrano

 Grind masala ingredients in an electric grinder and set aside.

 Heat 1-1/2 tb oil in pan and sauté the okra pods and onion until
 golden brown, stirring continuously. Mix ground masala with the
 yogurt and combine with the okra pods. Add salt and cook over low
 heat for 5 minutes. In a frying pan, heat the remaining 1/2 tb oil
 and cook remaining mustard seeds until they sputter. Add curry leaves
 and combine mixture with padachi.
