MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

     Title: Green Pulau

     Yield: 4 Servings

     2 c  Rice; washed, drained
 3 1/2 c  Water
     1 bn Fresh cilantro; chopped
     1 bn Fresh spinach; chopped
     2 tb Garam masala
     2 tb Ghee
     1    Onion; chopped
     1 ts Turmeric
     1    Tomato; sliced

 Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and sauté onion. Add garam masala
 and tumeric and cook for 1 minute. Mix in rice and cook for another
 minute. Add water and cover. Bring to maximum pressure and cook for 1
 minute. Remove pressure cooker from heat and allow to cool for 10
 minutes before uncovering. In the meantime, chop spinach and lightly
 steam. When the rice is cooled, add the steamed spinach and cilantro,
 and toss well. Spinach should not be overcooked or containing any
 liquid. Serve with cilantro sprigs and tomato slices.
